After 15 years as a Director and Producer, the Covid pandemic made me rethink my priorities and pursue a new path in hospitality. With a mix of naivete and a lot of borrowed money from the bank, my friend Riley Montz and I set out to save our beloved hometown bar in El Segundo from disappearing forever. Turns out, our dynamic worked—our reimagined version of the bar not only survived but thrived, securing its future for generations to come. That first project sparked an addiction, and five years later, we now have four unique locations—with no plans of slowing down.
