About me
Thomas Bennett is co-owner of American 35 restaurant in Waitsburg WA. Along with his wife, Judy, he renovated an 1895 historic building and is now pursuing awards for hospitality and quality in a wine-tourism region. He also runs a catering company using a mobile wood-fired oven on an antique Ford truck named Fiasco.
Tom comes to hospitality from a 30-year career including marketing and management consulting. His focus was research and the development of all-encompassing experiences for clients like airlines and hospitals.Taking this structure into hospitality has resulted in a carefully considered design for American 35 including core values and pre-determined touch points for all guests.
Tom is also a trained facilitator and speaker, having led live events ranging from 5 to 200 people. Tom is presently consulting with clients to help them develop hospitality concepts nation-wide.
