Scot Turner has lived and breathed hospitality his entire career. From luxury hotels to independent restaurants, his drive to challenge convention has powered projects in 14 countries, working with iconic brands and chefs such as Dorchester Collection, Alain Ducasse, and China Grill Management.
In 2021, after serving as COO of a global investment firm, Scot founded Auden Hospitality to inspire hotels to take bolder approaches to food and beverage. With global experience opening over 40 restaurants and managing $175M in annual revenues, he crafts guest-focused strategies that redefine traditional food & Beverage norms.
Under Scot’s leadership, Auden Hospitality has earned awards for its bold and innovative approach to consultancy and gained recognition as one of the top forty hospitality podcasts. Through international keynotes and workshops, Scot continues to shape industry conversations and position himself as a thought leader in the field.
