About me
Mitch has been creating cocktails, leading events, and building hospitality concepts for over 20 years in the professional Food and Beverage, Event, Hotel, and Restaurant industries of Las Vegas and the Southwest. Opening his own shop as a consultant and entrepreneur, he assists professionals and groups building new products, venues, events and rollouts here in Las Vegas and other major markets.
As a producer, he has just completed filming Hands-On Bartending. Highlighting “Vegas Drinks and ‘Tender’s Stories,” this experience was a chance to work with the incredible flavors we’ve discovered in our favorite drink recipes from Sin City bartenders and mixologists. Produced for YouTube and shot in a unique style that puts all eyes on the stories, voices, and hands that make our cocktails special, it’s a project he’s thrilled to share with you all this year!
For Mitch, the work all stems from a gamer’s creative passion at heart ̶ to bring to life the tastes, events, and experiences anyone might create in their own favorite worlds and stories, and to lend a helping hand to those who want to get their own ideas growing for themselves!
