About me
Michele has worked with independent restaurant and bar owners for over 8 years, growing the Salt Lake Area Restaurant Association from 35 members to over 400.
Michele prioritizes relationships with all municipal and state agencies to advocate for SLARA’s members and lobbies for positive legislation throughout the year.
Michele grew up in a restaurant family outside of NYC, has owned a restaurant and, after a 20 year stint owning a chain of day spas, was pulled back to the industry after selling her businesses. She has her business undergraduate degree from of Pepperdine University and her MBA from Westminster University.
