With over 45,000 hours of server training experience, Jess Rowland is a true leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Over the past 26 years as a Regional Trainer for Hillstone, Jess played a key role in reinventing their 47-year-old service manual, creating one of the best training curriculums in the industry. His work has helped elevate multiple Hillstone locations nationwide, establishing a reputation for service excellence.
Jess's journey extends beyond hospitality. With more than 25 film and television credits, he's been featured in commercials, podcasts, reality shows, and movies, developing a talent for connecting with audiences. Yet, his greatest passion remains coaching servers and showing them that being part of this billion-dollar industry is something to be proud of.
Known for his warmth and humor, Jess is not only deeply respected but also well-loved by those he trains and mentors. As Co-Owner of The Restaurant Launch, through which he has trained over 100 restaurants nationwide, and star of Ace of Service by Marcus Lemonis, Jess brings his expertise to life, transforming hospitality teams in real-time with his interactive, hands-on style.
