Alex Fletcher is the owner of Shaken And Stirred Hospitality and formerly served as the national beverage director and head of sustainability for Hospitality Alliance. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Alex has focused on positivity, sustainability, creativity, and efficiency, building a strong culture that translates into any market.
Currently, Alex works as a food and beverage consultant, helping restaurants modernize their beverage and food programming to become more sustainable and profitable. He successfully reopened Henry’s Majestic, a concept that had previously closed due to the sale of its building, and used this opportunity to create a zero-waste program, furthering his commitment to a sustainable beverage culture.
Alex continues to collaborate with national partners such as Punch Bowl Social, Hospitality Alliance, Side Car Social, and the City of Dallas.
Before founding Shaken and Stirred Hospitality and working with Hospitality Alliance, Alex was the beverage director for the Dog and Pony Show Group, which included the first iteration of Henry’s Majestic, Atwater Alley, Trick Pony, Harlow MXM, and Breadwinners Café. He also owns and operates Bar None Consulting, a consulting and catering business.
