About me
In his role with IFMA The Food Away from Home Association, Charlie ensures that members and the larger ecosystem stay informed of the industry's state and the changes happening. Additionally, he leads the training pillar of the Association, having taught Foodservice Fundamentals over thirty times to more than 700 people. Before joining the Association in 2018, Charlie held insights and customer marketing roles at US Foods, Sara Lee, Unilever Foodsolutions, and The NPD Group. Charlie has a Masters from the Cornell Hotel School and a B.A. from Kenyon College.
