Bob Deck is a managing partner at Four Entertainment Group (4EG), a privately held hospitality company with over 25 unique bar concepts across Cincinnati, Chicago, Columbus, and Naples. Founded in 2001 by four partners, 4EG acquires, develops, and manages a diverse portfolio of exceptional establishments. Recently, the group has expanded its Beeline and Roosevelt Room concepts across the nation. Bob oversees the operations, management, and strategic growth of each location, ensuring they consistently deliver superior service, captivating ambiance, and high-quality products, resulting in a strong brand identity and a loyal customer base. A 1995 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Bob also serves on the board of YPO Cincinnati and is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati Class 38 through the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
